In my role as Associate Director I help to run our San Diego Operations. Day to day, I specialize in business development as well as full cycle recruitment for senior level positions ranging from Senior Accountant/Analyst upward to VP/CFO & Executive Search. I also manage our Transactional Accounting/Finance & Operations team.

Born and raised in Encinitas, I love the outdoors/sunny weather, and maintain an active, social, and adventurous lifestyle. I love traveling, spending time with my husband & my Labradoodle Jameson, my family & friends, running and trying new workouts (conquered completing 3 full marathons in 9 months), enjoying live music, checking out fun restaurants, crafting cocktails, boating, golfing… the list goes on! I once DJed alongside John Mayer while on the Mayercraft Carrier (music festival on a cruise ship)!
